Cause: The datatype specified could not be equivalenced, or
the syntax was incorrect in the VAR or TYPE statement.
Action: See the Programmer's Guide to the Oracle
Precompilers for a list of the datatypes that can be
equivalenced and the correct syntax of the VAR or TYPE
statement.
