Cause: An option was entered inline that can only be entered
on the command line or in a configuration file. For example,
the offending code might look like EXEC ORACLE OPTION
(NLS_CHAR=<name>); The NLS_CHAR option can only be entered
on the command line or in a configuration file.

Action: Remove the option from the source file, and specify
it on the command line.
