Cause: Pro*COBOL had detected an abnormal condition in its
internal data structures. This error message should not
normally ever be produced. Customer service should be
contacted to report the error.

Action: Correct any other errors which have been reported.
If the internal error still exist, examine the source code
where the condition was detected and try modifying in some
way. Possibly this will alleviate the internal error condition.
