PCB-00603: An EXEC TOOLS MESSAGE host variable is not a character type..

Cause: If a host variable is used to specify the message in
an EXEC TOOLS MESSAGE statement, that host variable must be
of a character type.

Action: Declare the message to a host variable of a char
type. "625 - 649, EXEC SQL LOB statements"
