Cause: An Oracle extension to the ANSI/ISO SQL standard was
used. Specifically, the TO SAVEPOINT <save_id> clause was
used in a ROLLBACK statement.
Action: No action required. However, for ANSI/ISO
compliance, do not use the TO SAVEPOINT clause.
