Cause: The particular item in the dynamic SQL statement is
required to be a host variable or exact numeric (integer)
constant, but is not.
Action: Change the item in the dynamic SQL statement to use
a host variable or exact numeric constant. "300 - 399: FIPS
flagging error messages."
