dimension map, or internal partition workspace object cannot
be locked since another user has committed a new one already.

Cause: Some object required locking a composite, concat,
dimension map, or internal partition in the present
generation, which is not possible since a newer generation
already exists.
Action: Try to acquire the main object with resync
