ORA-36200: (XSAGGR34) AGGREGATE operator string requires a WEIGHTBY clause, but ARGS variable works..

Cause: The given operator requires a WEIGHT specification,
but the ARGS variable did not supply one.

Action: Modify the ARGS variable to specify a weight for the
operation.
