ORA-33068: (XSAGDNGL33) In AGGMAP workspace object, the
hierarchy dimension QDR over dimension workspace object must
specify a positive dimension offset.

Cause: The user specified an invalid qualified data
reference for the hierarchy dimension.
Action: Adjust the AGGMAP so that it uses a valid dimension
value qualified data reference.
