Cause: A type or option specification was expected in the
INTYPE file, but was not seen.
Action: Check the INTYPE file for syntax errors. Supply a
type or option specification. A type specification begins
with the word TYPE. An option specification begins with the
word CASE, INITFILE, or INITFUNC.
