Cause: Validity Constraint 3.2.2 failed: "The same name must
not appear more than once in a single mixed-content
declaration." *Example: <!ELEMENT p (#PCDATA|a|b|c|d|a)>
*Explanation: 'a' occurs more than once in the mixed-content
declaration.
Action: Correct the DTD.
