specified format name was null or invalid.

Action: Specify a format name that is not null. For
supported image formats, specify a format name that matches
the image BLOB format. For unsupported image formats,
specify a format name that is not listed as supported image
format. Refer to the SI_INFORMTN_SCHEMA views and the Oracle
interMedia
