consistent state: out of memory

Cause: There were not enough memory to restore recovered
datafiles to consistent state
Action: This error is just a warning: You may not be able to
open the database with resetlogs immediately after this
error. However, you may continue media/standby recovery, and
that may make the datafiles recovered consistent again.
