for this error, the only thing is to delete the password
file and recreate the passwordfile with the more entries ..
after than you need to again grant the sysdba to the
database administors

Cause: No entry exists for the user in the ORACLE password file.
Action: Have the database administrator install a password
entry by running orapasswd.
