ORA-01351: tablespace given for Logminer dictionary does not exist..

Cause: The tablespace name given as a parameter to
DBMS_LOGMNR_D.SET_TABLESPACE does not exist.

Action: Check spelling of the tablespace name. If spelling
is correct verify that the named tablespace has already been
created. DBMS_LOGMNR_D.SET_TABLESPACE does not create a
tablespace.
