Cause: a buffer used to hold the name of the file for which
a label was to be obtained could not be allocated.

Action: Check the UNIX error number for a possible operating
system failure. If there is no error, contact ORACLE
support. The number of bytes that ORACLE attempted to
allocate is in the "Additional Information" field.
