YES THIS IS RIGHT ,BECAUSE WHERE U WANT TO MAKE A PFILE
FIRST CHECK THE PERMISSION ON PARTITION ,IF U NOT HAVING
PERMISSION THEN THIS ERROR WILL BE COME'S
SO GIVE ALL PPERMISSION ON THAT PARTITION

correctly or when we miss the ' or / is missed in a path
