Cause: An attempt was made to add a dumpfile to a job not
configured for dumpfiles. Dumpfiles are not allowed in
Export ESTIMATE_ONLY jobs or in Import/Sql_file jobs over a
network link.

Action: Do not specify a dumpfile for jobs that do not
require dumpfiles.
