Cause: The level specified in the REFERENCES portion of a
JOIN KEY clause in a dimension DDL statement does not have a
child level.
Action: Check the spelling of the level name referenced in
the JOIN KEY clause. If the referenced level is the first
level in the hierarchy, you need not and must not specify a
JOIN KEY clause.
