ORA-28165: proxy 'string' may not specify password-protected
role 'string' for client 'string'

Cause: A proxy user attempted to activate a role on behalf
of a client which has a password associated with it. Since
the proxy does not have a password, this activation cannot
be allowed.
Action: Attempt to activate a different role or change the
role administratively so that there is no password.
