ORA-27416: BYDAY= clause in repeat interval contains an
invalid weekday

Cause: The BYDAY clause of the repeat interval contained a
value that doesn't properly represent a weekday.
Action: Use the correct three letter abbreviations for
weekdays, e.g. MON for Monday and FRI for Friday.
