ORA-27073: Trying to close a file which has async I/Os
pending to be dequeued

Cause: internal error, the file is being closed but not all
async I/Os to the file have been dequeued, additional
information indicates number of I/Os pending on the file
Action: check for trace file and contact Oracle Support
