ORA-25108: standby lock name space exceeds size limit of
string characters

Cause: The lock name space for the standby database exceeded
the maximum string length.
Action: Change initialization parameter
_STANDBY_LOCK_NAME_SPACE to a character string of less than
the specified characters.
