Cause: PARALLEL was specified more than once, NOPARALLEL was
specified more than once, or both PARALLEL and NOPARALLEL
were specified in an ALTER INDEX REBUILD statement.
Action: Remove all but one of the PARALLEL or NOPARALLEL
clauses.
