INITRANS, MAXTRANS, STORAGE, TABLESPACE, PARALLEL,
NOPARALLEL, RECOVERABLE, UNRECOVERABLE, LOGGING, NOLOGGING,
LOCAL, or GLOBAL was specified.
Action: Choose one of the valid CREATE INDEX options.
