ORA-24059: invalid COMPATIBLE parameter setting string
specified in DBMS_AQADM.string

Cause: An invalid compatible parameter was specified in the
DBMS_AQADM procedure. The parameter setting must be of the
form '8.x.y' where x is the release number and y is the
update number.
Action: Specify a valid COMPATIBLE parameter setting, and
retry the operation.
