ORA-22923: amount of data specified in streaming LOB write is 0..

Cause: Trying to write LOB value via the streaming mechanism
(i.e. unlimited write) but the input amount of data to
stream was specified as 0. Thus, the user is trying to write
0 bytes to the LOB value.

Action: Write more than 0 bytes to the LOB value.

I've got a database (Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.2.0) installed on a server.
