Cause: While creating the indicated backup piece, an
end-of-volume condition was encountered before all of the
backup set control data was written to the backup piece.
This is most likely a media error, because the amount of
backup set control data is very small in relation to the
total amount of data in a backup set.

Action: Retry the piece with a larger piece of output media.
