Cause: During a CREATE or ALTER of a clustered table, the
user attempted to enter one or more of the following
options: INITRANS, MAXTRANS, PCTFREE, PCTUSED, STORAGE,
TABLESPACE. These options may only be specified for the
cluster itself.
Action: Remove the illegal option(s).
