ORA-19204: Non-scalar value 'string' is marked as XML attribute

Cause: Only scalar values (i.e. values which are not of
object or collection type) can be marked as XML
attribute,i.e. is prefixed by '@'. In this case, a
non-scalar value was prefixed with '@'
Action: Remove the '@' sign, or make the value a scalar.
