Cause: logical block size for oracle files must be a
multiple of the physical block size, and less than the maximum
Action: check INIT.ORA file parameters

Usually, you will see this error while you are taking up the database with an alter database open reset logs.
All you need to do is disable the block tracking then open the database with reset logs then enable the tracking.
