ORA-16800: Log transport service for some database is
incorrectly set to ALTERNATE.

Cause: Log transport service for some database was set to
ALTERNATE while no other destinations were set to alternate
to this destination.
Action: Check the Data Guard broker log for further details.
Reset database state to turn on log transport again if
necessary.
