Cause: The database is operating in ARCHIVELOG MANUAL mode.
Remote archivelog destinations are not allowed in this mode.
Action: Use the ALTER DATABASE ARCHIVELOG command to place
the database in automatic archivelog mode, or defer the
archivelog destinations that specify the SERVICE= attribute.
