Issue the command below
ALTER DATABASE CLEAR UNARCHIVED LOGFILE GROUP N
ALTER DATABASE OPEN;
ENJOY
IF ANY BODY KNOWS WHAT EXACTLY THE ACTIVATION IDENTIFIER WHETHER IT IS SCN OR CHECKPOINT

file does not match the activation identifier of the database.
