Cause: The following event caused an incompatibility:
Parameter LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST or LOG_ARCHIVE_DUPLEX_DEST was in
use when an attempt was made to change the
LOG_ARCHIVE_MIN_SUCCEED_DEST parameter with an ALTER SESSION
command.

Action: Replace any LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST and
LOG_ARCHIVE_DUPLEX_DEST parameters with LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n
(n = 1...10) parameters.
