Cause: An attempt was made to change parameter
LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST to NULL when parameter
LOG_ARCHIVE_DUPLEX_DEST is non-NULL.
Action: Either set parameter LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST to a non-NULL
value, or set parameter LOG_ARCHIVE_DUPLEX_DEST to a NULL value.
