Cause: Once a subpartition template has been specified
during a CREATE TABLE it is illegal to specify SUBPARTITIONS
or STORE IN anywhere else
Action: Remove either the SUBPARTITIONS | STORE IN or remove
the SUBPARTITION TEMPLATE clause
