Cause: DEFAULT keyword has been specified when doing a ADD
VALUES or DROP VALUES or SPLIT partition or subpartition.
Action: Ensure that DEFAULT is not specified for ADD/DROP
VALUES or SPLIT partition/subpartition operation.
