in the ALTER TABLE EXCHANGE [SUB]PARTITION statement are
different.

Action: Ensure that the block sizes of the corresponding
pairs of indexes that need to be exchanged in the ALTER
TABLE EXCHANGE [SUB]PARTITION statement are the same.
