Cause: REVERSE/NOREVERSE clause is not allowed in this context.
Action: Remove offending clause. REVERSE may be specified as
an attribute of an index (not of an individual partition, if
creating a partitioned index) in CREATE INDEX statement and
ALTER INDEX REBUILD statement. NOREVERSE may be specified
only in ALTER INDEX REBUILD statement.
