Cause: One GeoRaster object must have one corresponding RDT
table and this table must be of SDO_RASTER type if it is
created. However, this was not the case.

Action: Check the rasterDataTable name specification and
make sure that it is not null, that the corresponding table
doesn't exist, and that it is of SDO_RASTER type if the
table exists.
