Cause: The specified object failed the geometric integrity
checks performed by the validation function.
Action: Check the Oracle Spatial documentation for
information about the geometric integrity checks performed
by VALIDATE_GEOMETRY_WITH_CONTEXT and correct the geometry
definition if required.
