first i remove the controlfile then create controlfile alter
database backup controlfile to trace for this commeand
instance startup nomount phase then create controlfile and
then startup from spfile or pfile

Cause: The system could not find a controlfile of the
specified name and size.
Action: Check that ALL controlfiles are online and that they
are the same files that the system created at cold start time.
