No, there is no division of earth in to 24 time zones.
Infact every country decide their time according to the
longitude which passes through the centre of that country.
Ex. In india we follow 82.5 east longitude. U.S.A. follows
five time zones and Russia uses around 10 time zones and
arab countries wouldn't follow longitudes,instead they
follow sunrise at macca
