Answer is very simple slowly n gradually there vil be evolution in plants and they will become heterotrophic.

What will happen is that the plant will die coz chlorophyll
is a pigment in plants that enables the plant to produce
it's own food for survival so without chlorophyll it won't
be able to produce it's own food thus resulting to death of
the plant.
