LIST OF VALUES
it show's the availabe choice's to the user, from the
database/static values for the user selection with the help
of record group data structure.

LOV is the list of values.it can retrive the data values
associated with the particular object.
this can be stored in sub folder of USERDOCS with .lov
extension.
