What is term velocity in agile?
Answer / Ranjan Kumar Singh
Velocity in Agile refers to the average amount of work a Development Team can complete during one sprint. It's calculated by adding up the story points from all completed user stories in previous sprints and dividing the total by the number of sprints. Velocity provides an estimate for future sprint capacity, but it should not be used as a commitment.
