What is a scrum of scrums.
Answer / Nitin Yadav
A Scrum of Scrums (SoS) is a meeting or communication process used in large-scale Agile projects, where multiple Scrum teams collaborate on a single product. The purpose of SoS is to coordinate and communicate between the separate Scrum teams working on different parts of the project. It helps to manage dependencies between teams, reduce silos, and ensure overall alignment.
