There are three main methods to create a tabbed navigation menu in Bootstrap: 1) Using Bootstrap's built-in nav tabs (nav pills); 2) Using Bootstrap's nav-tabs with the card component; and 3) Creating custom tabs using plain CSS and JavaScript.
