How is scrum different from waterfall?
Answer / Raju Kumar Rai
Scrum and Waterfall are two different Agile methodologies. While Waterfall is a linear, sequential approach to software development, Scrum is an iterative and incremental one. In Waterfall, each phase must be completed before moving on to the next, whereas in Scrum, work is done in short sprints, with constant feedback and adjustments.
